IndySoft does not have the ability to simply send out an informational email to all Company/Customers in the Database; however, a Project Script can be written to do so. The CustomerNotification.ZIP file below is a fully operational example that can be used to perform such an operation.
To Implement:
1. Download the Exported file of the Project Script below.
2. Using the Export/Import Module, Import that file.
3. In layout Builder create a link and assign the Hyperlink value of EQUIPPROJECT=CUST MASS EMAIL.
