There are two items to note when using the alarms as a service rather that from the Alarm Window:
1. In Workstation Setup of the workstation running the alarms, the Email settings must be configured as SMTP.
2. The Alarm Module must be closed from the System Tray. Clicking the X to close the Alarm Module minimizes the module to the System Tray. You must Right Click on the IndySoft Alarm icon in the system tray and select 'Close' to fully close the Alarm module.
